Automation Control Panel Electrical Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for an experienced electrical designer or controls drafter to create professional ladder-style schematics and a panel layout drawing for an automation control panel.
The system is based on an AutomationDirect Productivity 2000 PLC, PS-AMC4 motion controller, and C-more HMI, used for a polishing machine with servo and stepper motion axes.

Deliverables
Electrical Schematic (Ladder-style):
One schematic sheet per I/O module:
Inputs (P1-16ND3): limit switches, retracted sensors, E-stop, etc.
Outputs (P1-08TRS): solenoid valves, relays, enable signals, etc.
Include reference designators, terminal numbers, and wire numbers.
Use NFPA or IEC style symbols.
Indicate module and channel labeling (e.g., “X1.0 Axis1 Home Limit”).
Add manufacturer part numbers and specifications (from provided BOM spreadsheet).
Clearly group motion controller connections (pulse/dir signals to drivers).
Panel Layout Drawing:
Base plate size: 24 in x 20 in.
Include plastic wire duct around perimeter.
Top section: P1-550 PLC stack and PS-AMC4 on DIN rail.
Middle section: 24V power supply, breakers, Ethernet switch, and terminal blocks.
Bottom section: servo and stepper drivers (open area for cooling).
Components arranged logically for wiring and service access.
Use standard DIN rail spacing and realistic dimensions.
Title Block & Documentation:
Include title block with project name (“----”).
Add page numbers, sheet references, and drawing revision block.
Provide PDF and DWG or DXF source files.
