I'm seeking an innovative solution to automate aerial roof measurements for facilitating roof repair and maintenance tasks. The desired system should be capable enough to provide a report outlining detailed structure with material measurements.
Ideal skills and experience for this project will include:
- Familiarity with measurement software and tools applicable to aerial imaging
- Real estate or construction industry experience, particularly on roof structure analysis
- Proficient in working with different data formats to generate and deliver a PDF report.
The end product should be user-friendly and capable of delivering accurate, detailed measurements aiding in significantly streamlining the roof repair and maintenance process.

1. TAKE A LIST OF PROPERTIES FROM OUR LOCAL COUNTY AUDITOR'S WEBSITE
2. IMPORT THE HOMEOWNER'S NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS INTO A COMPANY TEMPLATE
3. TAKE THE HOUSE IMAGE (WHICH IS PROVIDED ON THE AUDITOR WEBSITE) AND PLACE IT ONTO OUR TEMPLATE
4. TAKE THE AERIAL HOUSE IMAGES (PREFERABLY 2 DIFFERENT ANGLES, WHICH ARE ALSO PROVIDED ON THE COUNTY AUDITOR WEBSITE), AND PLACE THOSE ONTO OUR TEMPLATE AS WELL
5. HAVE THE AUTOMATED ROOF MEASUREMENT CALCULATE A PRICE TO DISPLAY TO OUR CUSTOMER (I WILL GIVE YOU THE MATH TO GET THIS PRICING, IF YOU CAN GET THE AUTOMATED ROOF MEASUREMENTS)
6. HAVE THE PRICE, PHOTOS, AND MEASUREMENTS ALL IMPORTED AUTOMATICALLY ONTO THIS COMPANY TEMPLATE SO THAT WE CAN THEN PROACTIVELY MAIL A CUSTOM MADE ESTIMATE TO THE HOMEOWNER.
7. ALL OF THIS HAS TO BE AUTOMATED. THE FINAL PRODUCT SHOULD BE COMPOSED IN SEPARATE PDF FILES IN A FOLDER WHICH WE CAN PRINT OFF AS WE MAIL THEM OUT.
