Automated AutoCAD Layouts and Viewports Creation

I'm looking for an experienced AutoCAD professional to assist with the automatic generation of over 20 layouts / tab sheets and corresponding viewports.
Key Requirements:
Automatic creation of Layouts tab sheets and viewports;
• Creation of viewports along the route - rotated in space;
• Creation of viewports along the specified polyline;
• Creation of several viewports on one Layout tab sheet;
• Creation of a sheet arrangement diagram on a plan;
• Creation of sheet intersection lines;
• Creation and setting up print parameters for created Layout tab sheets;
• Creation of several viewports at different scales;
