Autocad title block

Hello! I am looking for a freelancer to create a title block for Autocad in Civil 3d. I have a specific format and design in mind, and I would like it to include the company logo, project name, and drafting date. I am using Autocad 2020. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
