Autocad project from a PDF file

I would like to hire a freelancer that can create an autocad file from a pdf file that was generated using autocad.
It comprised of a 3 stories (1st floor, main floor and basement) house with 4 bedrooms and garden area .
since i lost access to the dwg I can provide the pdf out all views and Fotos of how the finished house should look.
