Autocad drawing for perimeter fence and concrete slab

I am looking for an experienced and reliable freelancer to create a drawing and BOM for a perimeter fence and concrete slab. The purpose is to provide privacy. The project is part of a sub division in Philippines. Therefore, I prefer someone from the Philippines to do the drawings. The management of the sub division insist on a specific layout and dimensions. The details will be provided. I need someone who is proficient in Autocad and can provide 2D drawings, elevations and bill of materials.
