Autocad 2d designer

I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD 2D Electrical Designer to help create layout and interconnection drawings for my project. I am looking for drawings that include GIS , Substations , Sensor interconnections to panels and architectural drawings. I need Panel location and sensor location details to be incorporated into the Wiring drawing as well. I have specific measurements and dimensions that need to be included in the design. Thus, I am looking for someone with experience in AutoCAD 2D design that can bring my vision to life.
