Autocad artist

I am looking for an AutoCad design artist to help bring my concept to life. The project has an architectural design focus, with a need for a detailed design that includes all elements. Basically, we need layout and maps for 10 waste processing plants. Specific measurements will be shared by us. Also, we are open to offering retainership if we are satisfied with the work.
