Autocad - Technical drawings, 3D model and DXF files for heavy duty mechanical ducting
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
This project consists of heavy duty ductwork that is used to move grains and cereals during processing. CAD drawings and pdf files will be provided for the assemblies, which will then need to be reproduced as a 3D model as well as technical drawings for reference and .DXF files which can be used for CNC processing.
The assembly consists of formed metal sheets which are combined to form a duct. There is a Kryptane liner inside the duct, on three sides.

The folder labelled "PROJECT" contains the assembly that needs to be modelled and drawn.
The folder labelled "SAMPLE" gives an example of the before and after of a similar project. Only the technical drawing is shown here. The .DWG file containing the 3D model and .DXF files for all the various plates and liners will also be required.
The folder labelled "SPECIFICATIONS" gives some additional information regarding how the Kryptane liners are to be fastened to the metal sheets of the duct.
Successful, timely completion of this project to a high degree of quality may result in multiple more projects of a similar type.
Experience with similar projects and Canadian steel standards is an asset.
