Autocad Site Plan Cloud Scheduling & Markup

I'm in need of an experienced AutoCAD professional who can assist with both cloud scheduling and plan markup, specifically with architectural site plans. The selected freelancer will be responsible for marking up site plans with necessary revisions. Initial schedule will be provided in a bar chart format. Delivered schedule will need to show critical path items, $ values, etc and will be updated monthly. Plans will be provided in PDF format and as constructed revisions will be provided in markup and will need to be updated as received. The services will be needed for about 1 year on this project. Estimated effort would be less than 200 hours but could be more. Product would need to be provided in autocad cloud and PDF. I am a contractor currently bidding on the project. I can share plans in pdf. I’m a first time freelancer user.
