Autocad to Revit Model of Building (existing conditions)

This will require a 3d model in revit, the model needs to be accurate to exactly match the cad drawing to extract architectural floor plans including sections, building elevations, structural (major visible only), etc. The building has been gutted of any architectural elements and only basic structural elements remain. The building is 3 stores + Basement and Penthouse with multiple levels. We provide now pdfs CAD of the previous design before demolition for evaluation, but please check pictures for actual status and how the model would be needed. We need actual conditions. Only visible and verifiable items are required. Once awarded we will provide you CAD of previous design, and CAD of every floor for actual conditions with heights. levels, photos and 360s on every room. Building is 75000 sqft approx. All measurements should be in imperial only, no metric system would be accepted. Model is for existing conditions. Finished work would include view of every floor plan, structural plan, 4 exterior elevations, 2 sections, roof plans, with grids, dimensions ready for delivery to client.
