Autocad Residential House Site Plan Revision
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a small residential house site plan for my lot 5A:
1. Must do in autocad and add to attached drawing in place of existing site plan that was created for lot 2 on the same survey plan.
2. The information provided for the new site plan should similar to old site plan in the drawing. You will use the same style of drawing, replacing the old details plan with the new.
3. The building will need to be flipped either horizontally or vertically to match the site. The balcony will be on the south east of the building.
4. I have provided a rough sketch to get you started, but it does not have every detail on it.
5. Please add the information box showing the land area, building area, area of open space etc.
5. Add the title block
6. Use the same scale as the old site plan
7. The road access meets the lot on the north east. The land slopes downwards at a 25% gradient from north to south.
8. I think that you will have to flip the drawing horizontally or vertically to match this site
