Project Scope:
- I am looking for an experienced Autocad draftsman to assist with commercial architectural drawings.
- The project involves creating detailed architectural drawings from hand sketches for a new construction project.
- A complete set of architectural drawings will be required.
- Distribution and coordination of the drawings to architectural consultants will be required
- The ability to convert Sketchup design concepts into 2d drawings will be required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Autocad software is essential.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and practices.
- Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into accurate and detailed drawings.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in measurements and scale.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Deliverables:
- Accurate and detailed architectural drawings in Autocad format.
Timeline:
- The project needs to be completed by early December 2023.
Note:
- There are no existing drawings or sketches that need to be converted to AutoCAD.
- The client is looking for someone with experience in architectural drafting specifically.
