Autocad Blocks for concurrent users

We need to set up the block's library for AutoCad so the 2 users can build the shop drawings faster and if any changes is required they work only in the blocks opposed to each individual blocks across all shop drawings.

The user #1 has created his profile so he can produce the drawings to the standard that we want. However, user #2 does not have the same settings, so this needs to be addressed so both drawings are produced to the same standard.

I have attached a drawing that contain the blocks and the settings to be created and replicated between the users..

The goals of the project
- Set up the Block's Library for both user.
- Set up user #2 in the same way as user#1 as follow:

Second User settings:
To match each individual layer and colours for the following
- Back ground surroundings
- Extrusion in its individual layer and solid line colour
- Hardware in its individual layer and solid line colour
- Notations in its individual layer and solid line colour
- Poly in its individual layer and solid line colour
- Waterproofing in its individual layer and solid line colour
- Font size in red and 10mm

Back ground surrandings
Extrusion in the same solid line color
Extrusiion in the same layer with the same colour
Hardware in a different layer in the same colour
Notations in red in diffeent layer
Font size 10mm
Fix the Logo to make it show in true colour
Poly in a different layer - Magenta colour
Waterproofing in another colour - light blue colour
