Autocad AutoLISP automation

I am in need of some help with automating my AutoCAD workflows with AutoLISP. Specifically, I need assistance with drawing creation/modification, dimensioning, and layer management. I don't have any existing code that I want to incorporate into this project, so I'll need the whole thing written from scratch. My budget for this project is less than $500.
