I need a designer who can build a simple building very quickly.
It will consist with :
-2 levels of underground parking
-1 ground level
-3 storey's
only requires a basic plan no interior required (not a structural specific design - architecture style) will just need walls and floors & roof (general) on a revit file.
site is roughly 4610 sqm of land.
