AutoCad 2023 Home Addition design

Job ID: 34076913

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I am planning an addition for my house and looking for someone to help do some mockups in AutoCad 2023 (or compatible, I'll be opening it in that edition) I'd like the exterior of the whole house so I can see what the different versions look like outside, but on the interior I only need the corner of the house where the work will be done. This is purely for aesthetic mockup, so you don't need to worry about structural constraints, stud spacing, etc, that'll be something we make an engineer figure out later - really I don't even care if the dimensions are perfect as long as it looks right. I'll supply the current dimensions, a couple pictures of the house, and rough drawings of what I'd like added - I'd like to see two versions of what this could look like, both with the same external dimensions, but one with a higher roof and a loft. The drawing is intended to cover the area that is currently the bathroom and my office, as well as building out into the green space behind the house, there is no change to other bedroom adjacent to this. in the picture, the closet in the hallway is going to be removed and we picture the door to this space crossing from the back of it, so it pulls a few feet of hallway into the room. On the outside pictures, the plain wall next to the deck is where we will build out, the outside wall should match what is there, obviously with a higher roofline either way, and will reach over to the deck. There is a bit of a grade, so at the far end from the house it will likely have the bottom 1-2 ft under the grade. The exterior will all be shake, not the siding currently on the back.

In the drawing, each square is a foot, although I didn't draw to the inch, so you'll need to fudge the distances a hair. Top left is a walk in closet, obviously the other part is a bathroom, the existing ceiling is 8ft and I don't plan to lift that. The addition should have 10ft ceilings at the outside edges. Don't worry about drawing in the doors in the space, but on the left wall there should be two windows roughly 3ft wide and 4ft tall, spread to fit a bed between. The wall at the bottom of the drawing should have a roughly 8ft wide, 4ft tall window on each segment of the wall. The bathroom should have a window in it too.

And here is where the difference come in, one drawing should have a normal flat ceiling at 10ft, the other will go up to a saltbox style off center roof to accommodate for a lofted area above the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom would probably just be the 8ft to accommodate the lofted space. To get into the loft, just add super narrow, bordering on ladder like stairs, it's just for storage. In the loft, put a sliding or french door on the right wall, with a 3ft deep balcony off of it, which would be over the deck. The loft version should also have another window, probably with a semicircle window, above the bottom windows.

I didn't include exact measurements for the rest of the house in the attached, which I know I still need to provide, but pretty much everything else I think is here, let me know if you need anything else to understand the project. I didn't clean up any, so please pardon the mess. :)
