AutoCad 2020+ Editing for a US Based Land Surveyor

I have an old version of AutoCad - AutoCad R14 . They are 2D Surveying documents. I would like to have someone with AutoCad 2020 or higher, take these old .DWG drawings, and "upgrade" them to a template /format that I have already developed for AutoCad 2020 C3D and currently use successfully. Mostly ViewPort creation, re-layering old linework to current standards, replacing monument blocks, creating new line and curve tables, and copying and pasting old text callouts into the new annotative text format, and converting existing text into a standard font. Please send me your AutoCad version you work with, experience with US Surveying drawings (any state) and a PDF example of your work. Prospective bidders will be selected and asked to convert one of my drawings, real time, live using a desktop viewer application, so i can see how you work.
