AutoCad Architectural Drawing of Two- Storey(One-Storey) ICF House and 3D Modeling(optional).

I am looking for a skilled AutoCad Architect and Structural Engineer, who can create Architectural Drawings and 3D models for both a two-storey and one-storey ICF house. The desired level of detail for the drawings and models is detailed, including measurements and material specifications.
Architectural Drawings to be with elements of Structural Calculations and 3D model(optional) of a ICF based Concrete Poured House over Concrete Slab Foundation in 2 versions - One-storey and Two-store,
based on my basic sketches shown on Floor Plan 3.7(File - s!AvZuNaB973UgrxEErXt2QgX5_R-JQ(1)) or so. The 3D model(optional) should have moderate details and textures.
- 2 Architectural Drawings of House with total of 6000FS(2-storey and 3000SF(1-storey) (including 500SF garage).
- Detailed Drawings of ICF Blocks Layout with FRP(GFRP)Rebars.
- Detailed Drawings of FRP(GFRP) Rebars Layout in the Concrete Slab Foundation, ICF Walls and Concrete Roof.
- Architectural Drawing should include all neccessary mechanical and electrical parts required for Florida City petmit submitual.
At the moment considered manufacturers of ICF blocks are Amvic(Alleguard) or Fox Blocks.
They are in size of - around 48"x16x11" for Strait anf T-Form blocks and 30"x16"x11" for Short corner blocks(long available too?
Ceiling of the rooms - 12 feet,
Open-Web Trusses in sizes around 31'x20"(~45pcs) and 23'x20"(~45pcs), 24"o.c. thick flat roof and feet parapet ove the roof level.
Open-Web Trusses to be mounted on Metal Hangers secured through the ICF blocks right into the concrete
Wall extension over the Roof level shoul be minimum 42".
Interior Doors sizes are - 36"x80"(slab).
Windows - White (Tan) Vynil, Huricaine Impact Windows with proper(Florida Building Code) mounting.
Garage Door - ~ 18'x8', White, Insulated(R18.2), Huricane Impact Garage Door.
Front Door - 36"x80" Huricane Impact Door with Two Sidelights.
Patio Door - White, Vynil, French Huricane Impact Door, 3/4 Lite.
Structural Engineering calculations required for cases of the Concrete Roof( maybe not used) and thePool no the Roof(maybe not used).
All Bedrooms and Living Areas should have Fans.
Plans should have optional Penetrations and Plumbing and Mechanical for Second Floor, Solar Power, Solar Water Heating or any Future Possible Upgrades.
Plans should have Building Elevations based on Topographic Survey which will be provided.
Most of technical description and engineering info are selected and available already or will be provided.
- Design should be made in Zero-Net but Minimalistic(cost effective in production) manner according IRC codes and possibly Florida Building Codes.

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software like SketchUp, Floor-Planner or Chief Architect.
- Experience in creating medium poly models with realistic textures.
- Ability to work from basic sketches and bring them to life in a AutoCad and 3D model.
