AutoCAD drawing setup and reformat

I have a set of Autocad drawings of a neighborhood block (mainly the pipes in the streets). I need to turn off many extra layers/components of the drawings and leave only the street names, houses, pipes etc. We can talk later about what layers/components to keep. The end goal is to create a plan sheet showing the overview. An example of the end goal is attached.
