2D AutoCAD drawing - must speak english fairly well

I'm an architect but I have too much work on at the moment and I need help drawing. The work I am listing here is to combine the information of a CAD survey (survey working.dwg attached), an existing house (existing.dwg attached) and my small addition (transmittal sketch.dwg attached). I'm also attaching some photos of the house and a example (example.dwg) file from a different project showing the end result I want. The finished work would include a plan, four elevations and a roof plan for the existing house and a plan, four elevations and a roof plan for the house with the addition. The addition is a 3.5m x 3.5m study at the front of the house, a bay window, a skylight and a change of window - all of which I've drawn in CAD.
The final .dwg file should only include layers that are in my 'transmittal sketch.dwg' drawing + a layer called survey. The 'survey working.dwg' layers should all be converted to the layer 'survey' but lines should have different colours and linetypes assigned to them so it looks right. The 'existing.dwg' drawing is a converted PDF and all lines are layer zero and exploded. This drawing should be simplified and assigned layers as per my example drawing. My 'Transmittal sketch.dwg' has the correct layers and needs to be incorporated into the house and survey. This work shouldn't take long but I will need it in 7 days and I'd like to check comment before it's finished - so allow for some communication back and forth.
