Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
Our client is a large department store, sub-leasing space (called pads) to various brands.
Each brand needs to be provided with an "as existing" pack so they can fitout the pad that they are leasing from our client.
Each pack will include:
o Cover Page,
o Location Plan,
o Pad plan to scale,
o Elevations to scale,
o Fixture layout (if relevant),
o Photos
Surveys & existing drawings (store floor plans, ...) are available in AutoCAD & PDF in Google Team Drive folders
Pad plans generated by you will need to be uploaded back in Google Drive.
Our Design Manager will brief you and will oversee the quality of your drawings.
Allow for 1 revision / pad plan max., based on his review of each.
Internally, we have done over 200 such pad plans. Typically, we allow a max of 3 hours / pad plan total.
We have 11 pad plans to be completed by 20th September.
