AutoCAD Updates & 3D Residential Aerials
Budget: $250 – $350 AUD
The scope of work for this task includes:
1. Fix the 3 CAD dwg-files containing 3 layouts (downstairs, upstairs and site) to be cohesive and in scale 1:100 considering all the comments and changes. This requires architect skills. The site layout does not match the downstairs and upstairs layouts and need to be fixed. Also issues with scale to be fixed. See enclosed images of files to be improved. They are not cohesive. The same presentation style in PDF-format needs to be kept.
2. Provide 3 updated layouts in PDF-format for review and approval (clean drawings, no water marks). Fix any issues with these 3 layouts.
3. After the 3 layouts are approved, create a 3D model from the layouts together with their environments and textures to render 3 colourful 3D aerial perspectives of the project for review and approval. These are to comply with the requirements and comments submitted by the customer.
4. Fix any final issues to these 3 perspectives and any possible final changes to the 3 layouts that are results from any issues with the 3 perspectives.
5. Hand over to the customer all the final working 3 DWG-files, 3 PDF-files, 3 PNG-files and possible other files used for this task (like e.g. files created in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and/or Photoshop etc.) that contain the 3 layouts, the 3D models and the 3 colourful 3D perspectives. These require the customer's review and final approval.

Confirm to the customer that all these documents, files and pictures produced during this task are not to be used in any advertising, promotions, commentaries, examples or sharing in any form, because they are based on the customer's original designs and are the customer's Intellectual Property (IP).
