AutoCAD Specialist for Window Analysis

In this project, I'm seeking a proficient AutoCAD user to conduct a thorough analysis of a window in my architectural design.
Specific tasks include:
- Utilize AutoCAD to determine the exact percentage of viewable space on a window.
- The window in question is rectangular, with dimensions of 1x2 meters.
- Factor in obstructions from architectural structures when calculating the viewable space.
- I will provide 1 unedited photo and 1 photo where the council claims correct calculation was done (which I dispute as even the naked eye indicates the photo has been manipulated)
The freelancer must exhibit strong accuracy and attention to detail, as the window in question is part of a building code dispute
