I'm seeking an AutoCAD expert to design 2D floor plans for a fourplex development at 110 Randerson Ave, Kitchener. The home is currently a duplex find the duplex floor plans attached. I am looking for someone to draw the a fourplex delivering the floor plans as per the sample attached.
Key Requirements:
- Design two attached residential units on the current principle duplex, ensuring they comply with lot capacity and zoning requirements.
- Target each new unit has 3 bedrooms
- Create configurations for living and dining areas.
- Include outdoor spaces like patios or balconies in each unit's design.
