AutoCAD Lisp Routine for Fiber Optic Modification

I need a Lisp routine for AutoCAD to automate the modification of fiber optic route polylines.
The routine should be able to:
- Extend/shorten polylines
- Offset polylines by 2 ft from conduit polylines
- Add vertices to allow offsetted polylines to be pulled into each 10-inch round hand hole (HH)
