AutoCAD Freelancer - Distribution Transformer Design Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AutoCAD freelancer to automate the creation of drawings for our distribution transformers. This includes assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and potentially other related documentation.

Our transformers are built using a modular system of components. Your primary goal will be to develop an AutoCAD-based system that allows us to:

- Easily insert and arrange components from a predefined library into the main transformer design.
- Easily insert new components to the predefined library.
- Automatically generate accurate and detailed assembly drawings showing the placement and connections of all components.
- Produce fabrication drawings with the necessary dimensions and specifications for manufacturing individual parts (We will provide examples for each required drawing).
- Adapt the drawings to accommodate variations in transformer configurations and the number of components.
- Some components have constraints - mostly clearance requirements - which should be considered when placing them in the model.

Key Requirements:

- Advanced AutoCAD Proficiency: Extensive experience in 2D drafting within AutoCAD.
- Automation Expert: Strong understanding and practical experience in using AutoCAD's automation tools (dynamic blocks, attributes, AutoLISP, VBA, etc.) to create intelligent and adaptable drawings.
- Component-Based Design: Proven ability to work with component libraries and implement systems for efficient component placement and modification within drawings.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings that meet our high-quality standards.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and proactive communication to understand project requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- (Optional) Transformer/Electrical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical engineering principles or distribution transformer design is a strong advantage.
