Description:
I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD designer to create a detailed 2D technical drawing of a Vibratory Bowl Feeder. The project should be optimized for metal cutting and welding, so it can be sent directly for fabrication.
Technical Requirements:
✅ Complete 2D drawings in AutoCAD (DWG/DXF)
✅ Precise dimensions and tolerances for each component
✅ Material specifications (stainless steel 304 or cast iron, depending on the part)
✅ Material thickness: X mm (to be specified as needed)
✅ Cutting lines optimized for laser, plasma, or CNC
✅ Welding marks and joining points for assembly
✅ Multiple views (front, top, side, section views if necessary)
✅ Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing
Components to Include:
Feeder base – Thick metal plate for vibration resistance
Feeder bowl – Designed with an optimized tilt and mounting system
Supports and dampers – Components to reduce noise and stabilize the system
Mounting points – For motor, controller, and guiding system
Part guiding system – Optimized design for plastic parts
Deliverables:
? DWG/DXF file with all individual parts and the final assembly
? PDF technical drawings with dimensions and fabrication instructions
