AutoCAD Drawings from existing Site DWG

I need an AutoCAD specialist to take a Site Plan dwg file and use it to create 2 scaled 11x17 diagrams for Temporary Erosion Control and Soil Management. These 2 documents have existing documents to copy that need to be scaled properly and have region areas calculated to meet Building Department requirement.
