AutoCAD Drawing from Pictures

I need two pictures converted into AutoCAD drawings and PDFs. The dimensions are in metric system.

Requirements:
- Basic outlines, not detailed
- Different elements (walls, doors, windows) should be separated by layers/colors

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to interpret images and create accurate outlines
- Experience with layer management and color coding in AutoCAD
