AutoCAD Draftsman for House Plan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹700 INR
I'm in need of a skilled AutoCAD draftsman to help realize the ground floor plan of a house. More specifically, this professional will handle the details of piping plans, furniture layouts, and electrical plans (light, switches, wiring and many more)
**AutoCAD Experience**
It is important to me that the draftsman is proficient in AutoCAD as this will be the primary software used for the project.
**Project Focus**
Our primary focus initially will be on:
- Piping plans: The draftsman should be knowledgeable in specifying pipe materials and sizes, indicating connection points, and laying out pipe routing efficiently.
Once the piping plans have been well established, we can proceed to the furniture layout and electrical plans.
**Skills & Experience**
The ideal draftsman for this assignment will have:
- Substantial experience using AutoCAD
- Experience in detailing piping, furniture, and electrical plans for residential properties
- The ability to prioritize tasks and adhere strictly to project timelines
- A keen eye for detail and a well-structured approach to their work.
