AutoCAD Drafting - image to AutoCAD drawing

I needan AutoCAD drafter for 2D architectural floor plan drawings for 220 houses (image to AutoCAD drawing). Each house has 3 floor plans, with 2 stories and additional rooms on the top floor. I have attached a sample of the houses for reference. The drawings needed include basic door and window placements without any furniture or other details.
Please provide estimate the cost and the approximate time required to complete this task.
