3D AutoCAD Design for Functional Washers

I am looking for a seasoned AutoCAD designer to help me in designing a washer with a ring attachment. The main purpose of this washer is functional attachment and it should be able to withstand pressure changes. Therefore, the design needs to incorporate these elements effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in 3D AutoCAD design
- Understanding of 3D printing materials like PLA, ABS, or PETG
- Capable of designing for function, not just aesthetics
