AutoCAD DXF file needed for laser cutting decorative design into sheet metal

I need a good english speaker for this project. If you cannot speak and read and understand english well, do not take this project. We are getting sheet metal cut by laser by a company. The company needs a DXF file made in AutoCAD which they will use to make cuts into sheet metal to create our design. The company needs only the "cut-lines" in the dxf file, nothing else. Attached to this project are 2 PDF files of how we want the finished decorative sheet metal panels to look. There is also an AutoCAD file attached which is NOT correct according to the metal company. The engineers at the metal company said that if they use the attached AutoCAD file, they will end up with hundreds of tiny metal pieces instead of a single decorative sheet metal plate. So, maybe you can FIX the attached DXF file. If you can fix it, that is fine. If not, then I need a new file made based on the link below which describes how to setup your AutoCAD file for the laser cutter.
