AutoCAD Conversion: PDF to Editable Drawing

I'm seeking a professional who can convert a PDF into an AutoCAD compatible drawing format. I need to be able to overwrite the drawing, so accurate conversion is pivotal. While I skipped on specifying the elements to overwrite, I expect to be able to manipulate the elements fully in AutoCAD once the conversion is complete. Ideal freelancers will have proficiency with AutoCAD and experience in similar conversion projects. Preference will be given to those who can provide examples of previous work.
