3.1 Input Provided by Client
• Original AutoCAD files of the existing house layout.
• List of desired modifications, including:
• Addition of new elements (e.g., rooms, walls, windows, doors, furniture layouts).
• Removal or repositioning of existing elements.
• Structural or aesthetic updates (e.g., wall thickness, finishes).
• Updated dimensions or space allocations.
3.2 Tasks to be Performed
• Review and analyze the existing AutoCAD files.
• Conduct a consultation (virtual or in-person) to confirm design needs.
• Draft proposed changes and share preliminary concepts for approval.
• Incorporate feedback and finalize the design.
• Ensure layer organization, line weights, and CAD standards are maintained.
• Provide updated AutoCAD (.dwg) files and high-resolution PDF output.
Deliverables:
- Updated AutoCAD drawing files (.dwg).
• PDF layout(s) of the final design.
• Optional: Design change log and version
notes.
- 3D rendering or interior design visualization
