Auto cad 2018

I have a working copy of house plans that were done in Auto Cad 2018. I need a few changes made, for example the size of some of the windows. I need someone who can make those changes in Auto Cad 2018 or whatever program is capable. Attached is a photo of the floor plan not the entire .dwg file. I need window size changes and maybe have it adjusted to a different scale.
