Australian Structural Engineer to draw plans and engineering detail for small shed

Job ID: 34948055

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I’m looking to build a fairly simple 6x10m timber-framed shed on my property in NSW. I need drawings for council that can be signed off by an Australian-registered structural engineer. I have some rough sketches which will need to be redrawn in AutoCad or similar, including structural details.

The building:

Concrete Slab & 90x35 treated pine framing (I assume I need slab engineering details).

Corrugated iron roof (with foil insulation) and fibre cement cladding

200mm eaves all around (happy to have advice on this)

30 degree pitched roof (flexible on this)

3 courses of brick (veneer) around base of shed - top hats attached horizontally to timber frame so cladding is aligned with outer edge of bricks

Hardwood timber barn doors at one end - either sliding or hinged. Solid personal access door on southern side

Roof & Ceiling
Rafters with ridge board (If the ridge board is 10m I was imagining two 5m boards being joined with a fish plate in the middle. Happy to be guided / corrected on this.

Collar ties (but ideally no ceiling joists. If ceiling joists are required, I would prefer a few thicker section ones rather than lots of smaller ones.)

Other Options (Probably later)
internal cladding (plasterboard or plywood)
Ceiling lined with 12mm pine lining boards

I’m also need advice about wind rating, and how this is assessed.
