Australian-Inspired Residential Design Concept
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm seeking an architect based in Australia to draft preliminary conceptual designs for an Australia-inspired residential project set to be constructed in Asia. Particular details to focus on include:
- Incorporating traditional architectural features typical of Australian residences
- Creating an open floor plan layout
- Designs varying in sizes and layouts
- Emphasis on use of concrete and brick in the construction
The ideal collaborator for this project should be well-versed in traditional Australian architecture and open plan design concepts. Experience with eco-friendly and sustainable design elements will be highly appreciated, although not mandatory for the project. Potential designers should have a strong understanding of using concrete and brick in construction and should be able to visualize and draft unique, functional designs for a range of housing sizes.
We can supply customer requirements and basic layouts, and the freelancer will then supply a conceptional design. the customer can then review up to 3 times after which our local architects will turn the conceptional design into a plan that is suitable for local requirements. Architectural students with shills in design and modern style are encouraged to contact me. Work is ongoing as we are producing many plans for various customers.
