Assistance with CAD 2D plan and 3D rendering

I work for a landscape design and build company. We are looking for a CAD designer/3D rendering artist to assist us with a residential project that will be utilizing a 3D scan of the property as part of the design process. We are based in Maine and working with someone who is available for project phone calls during our normal business hours would be preferred. We are preparing our bid for the client and are looking to get a quote from a CAD designer for assisting with the project. We have some flexibility with our pricing and do have room to negotiate if needed.
