Arkansas Architect: Retail Safety Plans

I need a currently licensed Arkansas architect to prepare Life Safety Plan and demo plan for three new discount-retail locations. Minor electrical work might be required such as relocate cashire drops using existing circuits,

Building are existing and are typically recent retail. Our clint wishes to move in with minimal work beyond finishes. Typically there is no exterior work, Some sites might require replacement of entry door or a rear exit, You will receive full CAD backgrounds of the existing spaces, proposed floor layouts, fixture plans, demo plan and sample drawings from comparable stores, so you can dive straight into the life-safety detailing without time-consuming field drafting. Quick turn- around is required, If needed full drawings can be provided for your review.

Core deliverables for each site
• Scaled Life Safety Plan in CAD/PDF depicting:
– Fire evacuation routes
– Emergency lighting locations
– Fire suppression systems
– Complete code data matrix referencing current Arkansas Fire Prevention Code
• Brief code review narrative confirming compliance with occupancy, egress counts, and any sprinkler/alarm requirements
