Architecture / Interior design Drafter

I am looking for an experienced Architecture/Interior design Drafter to assist me with a residential project.
Preferred Design Style: Modern
Required Design Type: 2D only
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of modern design principles and techniques
- Experience in residential projects, particularly in modern design
- Ability to create detailed 2D drawings and floor plans
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed 2D drawings and floor plans based on provided specifications
- Collaborate with me to ensure the design aligns with my vision and requirements
- Make necessary revisions and modifications as needed
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
