Architecture and Drafting - Complete Development Application Drawings for Additional Storey Addition to Existing Building
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have commenced design for a renovation and additional storey addition to an existing apartment and commercial building at 165 Maitland Rd, Mayfield NSW Australia. I have completed survey, structural sketches and some preliminary architectural sketches to date. The design is not yet completed.
I need a full, coordinated Development Application set of drawings to be developed in Autocad. This includes:
Site analysis plan
Demolition plan
Ground floor plan
First floor plan
Second floor plan
Roof plan
Elevations
Sections
Vehicle path plan
Area analysis
Site photos
Many of these items will need to be resolved using your own design expertise and interpretation of site photos and/or Google Earth.
The drawings must be in accordance with and exceed the standards shown in the City of Newcastle Development Application checklist: https://www.newcastle.nsw.gov.au/Newcastle/media/Documents/Council/Forms%20and%20Permits/RPA/Dual-Occupancy-and-Secondary-Dwelling-Developments-Checklist.pdf
All of the layers must be clear and labelled in English.
Use appropriate linetypes.
Designs must be in model space; sheets for printing, notes, title blocks in paper space
Service Provider must develop drawings that are practical, constructable, dimensionally correct and make sense.
Drawings must be composed in a way which is easy to make amendments to
No Xrefs
Each series set is to be a separate dwg file
