I am looking for an experienced architect to help me design a restaurant space. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial architecture: plumbing, electrical, mechanical ( venthood/ grease trap) ) and floor plan ( kitchen / dining room fixtures).
I am specifically looking for someone that ha knowledge of:
1) Texas building codes
2) US architect stamp
