Architectural master plan and drawings

Job ID: 34125724

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I require architectural drawings and master plan layout based on my concept for a resort style beach house. We need to incorporate 10 existing pre- fabricated wooden octagonal structures that will be used for bedroom / bath and 1 gym and 1 pentagon structure for the kids room. Preference will be given to bidders that can also supply electrical, civil and structural engineering.

I will be readily available to work with the selected freelancer and answer all questions from 8:30 am to 9 PM EST.

Attached is my updated design of the main house incorporating 4 of the cottages for the 2 master bedrooms. I also use one of the small pentagon shaped cottage for the kids bedroom (however I had a hard time getting the proper shape in this program). I plan on high ceilings for the main house with the living / dining room being extra high. The greenish blue entrance way with plants would not be covered except for the wooden covered walkway. Beneath the pantry and powder room I would suggest using for the electrical / water room and a studio apartment for service. This would be convenient as this area is lower terrain than the other side of the house. In front of this area I placed a generator. The main house would be built in concrete block.

The other cottages would be used as bedrooms and a gym laid out on the property as per my original idea but taking advantage of the topographic terrain. See my basic layout attached. Note I did this before I had the topographical survey info, so you may have a better way to lay these cottages out to maximise views.

The drawings for these cottages is also attached. Note in most cases I will not use the lower level of the cottage and thus just have the bedroom and bath sitting on footings or pilings. Which ever is cheaper.

Topographical survey also attached in PDF and AutoCAD.

Drawings are for The Bahamas and thus will be required to be done in Imperial, not metric.

The first thing in the project is to provide a proposed master plan of the entire project.
