Architectural floor plan creation for home rennovation
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
I am in need of an experienced architect or designer to create 2D floor plans for my home renovation project.
- I have existing original plans available as a reference, which can be provided to the freelancer however I will require you to optimise and modify the interior to the following criteria.
Remove existing kitchen foyer and wc (as per original plans) as is a poorly built add on
Extended house fully from existing dining room back wall to fully encompass old kitchen/foyer/wc area
Newly created area to be combined living room and kitchen space
Newly created area to have french doors (or similar) opening to a *drop down deck to the back yard
Drop down deck to be added adjacent to the french doors leading into the back yard
1 x Master bedroom with built in wardrobe and ensuite (toilet + shower)
1 x Bathroom with toilet + shower
1 x Bedroom with built in wardrobe
1 x Bedroom with built in wardrobe
1 x Combined living and kitchen area (opening/flowing onto back deck)
- Additionally, I am unsure if I will require other services such as elevations or study drawings, so flexibility in offering these services would be ideal.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed 2D floor plans
- Ability to work with existing plans and incorporate any necessary changes or modifications
- Flexibility to potentially provide other architectural services such as elevations or study drawings, if required.
