Architectural drawings for the home on the CAD

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to draw architectural drawings of a home on the computer-aided design (CAD). Specifically, I need floor plans, with one to two drawings needed. I do have an existing drawing as a template that can be used as inspiration to create the drawings and will provide photos of the house for reference as well. It is critical that the final product is accurately drawn to scale and that a high level of attention is paid to details. The CAD drawings should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the architectural form, hierarchy and details of the building. The ideal freelancer should have experience creating CAD drawings, have a strong grasp of the functions of various architectural elements and have knowledge of approved architectural and coding standards.
