Architectural drawings and estimates

I'm looking for an experienced architect to prepare architectural drawings and estimates for a project I am working on. I require floor plans, elevations and section drawings. I have detailed requirements for the project and need at least two to three estimates. I have a plot of land about 9 grounds (67 feet by 310 feet which we need to plan as a party lawn. We need to raise it by 4 feet.
