Architectural Technician needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Taking on projects from planning and progressing through the various technical stages,
Working across all RIBA stages
Production and of technical working drawing packages
Production of specifications and schedules
Playing an active part in quality assurance
Preparation of risk assessments and other CDM documentation
Revit, Rhino and AutoCAD proficiency, experience working on UK based building regulations packages, technical detailing ability, experience in both new build and refurbishment/extension/conversion projects
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
