Architectural Schematic Design

I need schematic design ID drawings for residential home projects. The focus is on creating detailed elevations for shower and tile designs, wall details, fireplace designs, etc. for use in the field to build the details. We would provide plans and tile and material sizes and would like someone with some knowledge of creating detailed drawings that are build-ready. see attachments for the type of information we would provide.
